Payment conditions in case of cancellation

For any hindrance we would like you to give us immediate notice. The payment of the earnest is not pleasant for anybody. At the same time, it is also annoying if our apartments are empty although someone wants to come and stays on our farm.

According to the § 1382 of our civil code it is possible to cancel a booking within maximum 60 day before the arrival without any loss of the paid earnest. 

If the cancellation of your booking should take place between 60 days before the arrival and the date of your arrival, we are obliged to keep back following amount of your earnest:

  • Within 14 days before your arrival we will keep back the whole amount of your earnest.
  • When your cancellation is done within less than 14 days before your arrival: the payment of the whole costs of your holydays will be charged.

If your departure should be anticipated, you will be asked to pay the whole sum of your stay but not the services.
