Apartments
We offer on our farm 3 comfortable apartments with typical Tyrolean style furniture. It is possible to stay in 2 up to 5 people. The apartments are all provided with a heating system and with:
- W-Lan included
- Kitchen corner (electric oven, fridge, electric cooker and crockery)
- Large dishes (glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, kitchen cutlery, pots and pans, bowls,…)
- Electric kettle
- Espresso coffee maker
- Filter coffee maker on request included
- Basic equipment for the cleaning (cleaning cloths, broom, detergent, garbage bags, …)
- Crockery, towels, shower towels, bed linen with regularly change
- Hairdryer
- Children’s cot and child seat for the table are available
- Toilet paper for the start,
- Information folders of the surroundings are in every apartment
- Sun beds and umbrellas in the garden are included
- Parking place without roofing,
- Play area with sandbox, swing, trampoline, pedal tractor and a lot of other possibilities for playing,
- Barefoot path with panoramic view
We offer you the possibility to store your bikes, skis or other tools in our utility room.
Apartment "Zuckerhut"
On the 1st and 2nd floor, it is about 37 m² large, for 2 people (up to 3 people)
- 1 living room with a cooking corner; a sofa bed for 1 person + SAT-TV
- 1 bedroom with a double bed which is on the 2nd floor, accessible by a winding staircase
- 1 bathroom with shower/bidet/WC
- A large balcony with table and chairs
- Entrance hall
Apartment "Tatschblick"
On the 2nd floor and it is about 29 m² large, for 2 people
- living room with a cooking corner
- 1 bedroom with a double bed + SAT-TV
- 1 bathroom with shower/bidet/WC
- A south balcony with table and chairs

Apartment "St. Valentin"
On the 2nd floor and it´s about 38 m² large, for 3 people (up to 5 people)
- living room with a cooking corner; a sofa bed for 1-2 persons + SAT-TV
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
- 1 bathroom with shower/bidet/WC
- A south balcony with table and chairs
- Entrance hall

The prices refer to each night and are relative for the indicated persons with a minimum stay of 4 nights. The price includes final cleaning, towels, bedding and the service.
The price includes also the activeCARD Sterzing.
- For any further person we add an additional cost of 15,00 Euro.
Plus local tax: 2,50 Euro each person per night (children under 14 years of age are exempt from levy)
Children are particularly welcome:
- Up to 3 years – 100% reduction
- From 3 to 13,99 years – 40% reduction
- For less than 4 overnight stays we will apply an additional cost of 15%.
- For a two-week stay you may have a cost reduction of 7%, whereas for a three-week or more we will recognize you a cost reduction of 10%.
For your animal (on request) we apply a lump sum cost for the final cleaning. Pease bring your own basket and blanket with you.
- 15,00 Euro up to 6 nights
- 20,00 Euro up to 10 nights
- 25,00 Euro up to 14 nights and more
For the definite booking we ask you kindly to send us a written confirmation and to pay a deposit of 25% from the total cost.
The payment of the balance in the end of your vacation is possible with

- By check
- Bank transfer
Please note that it isn´t possible to pay with credit card or a debit card.
- Arrival: the apartment is available starting from 2 pm
- Departure: we ask you kindly to leave the apartment within 10.00 am.
